You should read the following terms and conditions carefully. Our acceptance of any booking is subject to you confirming your understanding of and agreeing with the following terms and conditions, it is acknowledged that once deposit monies are received you have accepted these terms and conditions.
CGE GOLF PTY LTD TOUR BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS
PRICING & PAYMENT: CGE Golf Pty Ltd (CGE Golf) will provide you a confirmation of your acceptance of our Tour prices as quoted in Australian dollars or US Dollars via an email from our email address. Payment is to be in Australian dollars, unless otherwise agreed to, in written form, with CGE Golf Directors prior to payment being made. Payment can be made by Dimers, AMEX, MasterCard or Visa (note a card fee of 1.4% for Visa & MasterCard, 1.8% for AMEX & Diners and 3% for all international cards will apply) or by EFT directly into our CGE Golf Pty Ltd bank account details of which will be provided on the tour confirmation document. When noted in our proposal or in the relevant tour brochure the total price of the tour is not guaranteed as it may be subject to exchange rate variation until payment in full has been received. All rates advertised are accurate at the time of publication and are subject to change until receipt of payment in full. CGE Golf Pty Ltd reserves the right to adjust the tour cost should there be any changes in exchange rate and your local currency, such changes are beyond the control of CGE Golf Pty Ltd.
DEPOSIT & FINAL PAYMENT: In general a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the tour price is required per person when you make a booking unless a lower amount is agreed to in writing. Full payment is required when your booking is made within 90 days of your arrival at the resort. When a deposit is applicable, the final payment will be required no less than 65 days prior to the date of arrival. If your payments are not received by CGE Golf Pty Ltd by the due date, we reserve the right to treat your booking as cancelled and therefore you may be subject to cancellation fees.
BOOKINGS: All bookings can only be held as tentative until the deposit is received in full prior to the due date. CGE Golf Pty Ltd reserves the right to change or relocate the course or accommodation should requirements arise which are outside the control of CGE Golf Pty Ltd. Situations such as scheduled or unscheduled maintenance of golf courses, tournaments etc may arise in which case a replacement course of a similar standard will be selected by CGE Golf Pty Ltd and or the venue.
PLAYERS: Those players who arrive late for their tee time shall not be allowed to tee off until a later tee time becomes available.
AMENDMENTS: CGE Golf Pty Ltd reserves the right to apply a AUD$100.00 amendment fee when you amend a booking after the initial booking has been confirmed.
CANCELLATION FEES: Should you need to cancel your tour after the final payment is made, CGE Golf Pty Ltd will endeavour to obtain a partial refund for you though there is no guarantee such refund will be possible. Under normal circumstances, cancellation fees will be applied as follows, with CGE Golf Pty Ltd having the sole discretion to waive such fees.

Less than 30 days before departure....................Full ticket price
CANCELLATION BY THIRD PARTY PROVIDER: If the local supplier or third-party travel provider changes any part of your booking for reasons beyond its control, for example, COVID-19 restrictions or if a local supplier or third-party travel provider changes its schedules, overbooks, or if there are any changes in applicable surcharges, fees or taxes, we will use every reasonable endeavour to notify you. If any such changes result in your travel product costing more or otherwise being materially different, then you may cancel the travel product and we will refund any monies already paid less any fees charged by us under these terms and conditions and by the local supplier or third party travel providers under the terms and conditions you agreed with them.
GOLF ATTIRE: Golfers must wear proper golf attire when playing any of the courses including golf shoes with soft spikes only, collared shirts, ankle or long white socks, tailored shorts or long pants for men and tailored skirt, shorts or long pants for ladies. Note cargo style and denim are not allowed under any circumstances. If golfers arrive without the proper attire CGE Golf Pty Ltd and/or the relevant venue reserve the right to refuse access to the course until the person has rectified their attire. This may include but is not limited to changing clothes or purchasing the right attire from the venue’s Proshop.
PASSPORT & VISA: You should ensure your passport is valid for your time of travel, note that in general a passport must have a minimum of 6 months validity from your date of departure. It is also your responsibility to obtain the necessary visas when traveling to destinations requiring such travel permits. CGE Golf may provide assistance and any forms required to obtain visas.
TRAVEL INSURANCE: CGE Golf Pty Ltd strongly recommends that you have the appropriate Travel Insurance for all travel. You should consider purchasing travel insurance based on your own needs at the time of reservation. You should consider covering against various contingencies such as but not limited to cancellation, loss of or damage to baggage, loss of money and/or travel documents, medical expenses, personal accident and personal liability.
TOUR EXCLUSION: Items not specifically referred to in the tour description including but not limited to pre-travel documentation, travel insurance, airline costs, airport departure taxes, excess baggage charges and tips are not included in the tour cost. Items of personal nature such laundry, dry cleaning, food and beverages not mentioned in your itinerary as well as transportation which is not part of any scheduled transfer are at your own cost. Those costs will need to be settled directly with CGE Golf Pty Ltd, the resort or relevant venue included in the tour package prior to you leaving the said resort or venue.
DAMAGES: Any repair cost as a result of damages inflicted by you whether on purpose or inadvertently to any of the resorts, venues or golf courses used as a result of your function/visit will have to be borne by you or the individual concerned. Such damages will not be the responsibility of CGE Golf Pty Ltd.
DISCLAIMER AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: CGE Golf Pty Ltd and its employees, officers or agents, and any other party supplying services for these Golf Tours are acting in good faith and will use their best efforts to ensure that the golf tour is both safe and enjoyable for all parties. However we do not accept any liability of whatever nature, whether in contract, or otherwise, for the acts, omissions or default, whether negligent or otherwise, of third party providers over whom we have no direct control. Under circumstances where liability cannot be excluded, such liability is limited to the value of the purchased travel arrangements. We do not accept any liability in contract, or otherwise for any injury, damage, loss (including consequential loss), delay, additional expense or inconvenience caused directly or indirectly or any other event which is beyond our contract which is not preventable by reasonable diligence on our part. This confirms your agreement to abide by the terms and conditions of the Tour. You also specifically acknowledge that CGE Golf Pty Ltd have recommended to you that you arrange your own travel insurance that is appropriate to your own circumstances.
